ILSA blast chiller, shock freezers and refrigerators are those essential equipments for all professional kitchens and confectionery workshops. They allow a rationalization of work maintaining at the same time the product quality.
Harmony line blast chillers/shock freezers for 20 and 40 trays have an AISI 304 stainless steel panels structure, with scotch-brite external satin finish, 70 mm high density polyurethane foam insulation (40 kg/m3), a cell with radiated internal corners and diamond-studded base with water drain. The evaporator is easy to access and easy to clean.

The spring-operated door is reversible and fitted with a removable magnetic seal; it is also fitted with a micro door for stopping the fan when the door is open. The central sensor comes as standard; it is also available in a heated version.
